hey buddys this is my first blog
from tuesday i put myself on atest to see how much i wuld actually lose if i start to eat right and exercise everyday the sad thing about that is i over worked myself which lead to me hurting my ankle i am very disappointed with myself and party proud because even though i really cant exercise right now i an still eating healthy food i hope my leg gets better though because i really need to start my weight loss journey before my formal
